If you used Kaust, you could get Pleiades, so why did you make a card like this in the 9th season?
Certainly, Constellar is a theme that deals with a wide range of rank X monsters, but it's hard to put together as a tactic without a way to search for it.
However, with the introduction of 《Constellar Caduceus》, it is in the limelight as a card that can produce Rank 4 from a single Sheratan.
Furthermore, the adoption value has increased further by being able to build mixed with Terranite.
A card card that is adopted to compensate for Sheratan's level, although you don't really want to put it in.

Constellar Shuratan》→ 《Constellar Caduceus》→ If you search for this card and activate it on Shuratan, you will get a rank 4 with just one card. Moreover, it has the effect of returning to the hand, so you can use the hand cost and the effect of (1) again. Already he can raise Shuratan and Caduceus to Rank 5 if he has Constellar in GY. This card received a cold reception at the time of its implementation, but thanks to Caduceus, it has improved its evaluation over the past six years.
Terranite》is stronger when it comes to overall moves, but such an initial move cannot be imitated over there. Well, if 《Terranite》is a self-ss card, you don't have to change the level like this.

The current Seikuri does not have the leeway to manipulate the level by consuming one card, and there is a Caust as it is often said.
It also has a salvage effect, but it is easy to compete with Sombres for resources.
Is it a tough card?

Seikuri just ended up with a strange new version of what was in Ark Five, and it didn't lead to strengthening at all.
That being said, it wasn't all bad because I had the opportunity to reprint Pleiades and Sombres...
A card that only consumes one to manipulate the level is basically not strong, and there is a Kaust that can search in the first place.
The thing to watch out for is (2), although it fights with Sombreath, it can easily replenish your hand cost.
Even so, the effect itself that secures the hand cost is good and there are not many situations where it is necessary.

Is it okay if I use Kaust?

It's fine to raise it to level 2 and return it to your hand with the GY effect, but it doesn't change the fact that it's an add loss.

Just crush the frame this time...
You can level up! You can also collect from GY! yes. So what?
It's an effect that can be used with Constellar rather than Tempest, but the situation where you can use this card without using Kaust is...
Although it can be easily salvaged with (2), there is currently no reason to keep Constellar cards in your hand, so there is currently no value in using them.
It's all the more soothing because the others say it's a forbidden move...

I have to say that there is very little significance in adopting this card in the Spell frame just because there is a monster called Kaust that has a built-in upward compatibility of the 1 effect of this card. + If you're in a situation like Constellar other than Kaust, you can make Pleiades appear, but that's really the only use I can think of...
I'm sorry to say this, but I feel like Constellar-related Spell Traps are pretty lame...

There is no such card in "Constellar" where there are monsters with built-in level adjustment effects. It's still better to be able to collect it, but the reality is that it's much more useful to put in a suitable general-purpose card than to put this card in any way. It's a spell card that can be brought into your hand every turn, but if you want to make the most of it, adding a "Constellar" monster is a little heavy.

Hokuto-kun only puts out really subtle new works.
What more do you want to do with Kaust for level manipulation? What are you going to do with the tremis directly? The Pleiades are stronger.

Overt Constellar snub. Well, from the looks of it, users are treated coldly...
What should I do to raise my level...? Because he's what any Constellar user would think.
Even if it's a salvage, there's no need to use GY ads to collect this.
With this, Tempest could still be used several times more...

Well... it's an indescribable enhancement.
After all, he's not going to be in Constellar, and if you ask me if it's fun to be a fan, I'm going to say it.

so he's not this
Hokuto manipulated the level while other LDS students used new fusions and forbidden moves.
With this and the share, it's possible that Tremis should be officially Xyz... The meaning is infinitely thin.
The effect of using GY resource to cost Infinite Cards also makes him less meaningful in Constellar,
Even the romance that was in Tempest is missing, so it's pretty tough.

Well, being able to play Pleiades in situations like Moralta + Pollux is good, and with the GY cost, it's not a bad option to have rank 6 or rank 7 in sight in situations like Kaust + Pollux. However, every usage is plain and limited.
Continuing from the previous Tempest, why is Constellar's new support so unlucky...?

Is Constellar strong enough?
Isn't it much better than having a strange breakdown and being regulated?
Stop it.

It looks like it can be used as a recoverable spell, but I can't think of a deck that mixes Constellar and magic counters.
